Terms of service
The core website and platform-use terms that govern access to Naneware services, content, and pre-sales interactions.
This page is a working operational template and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before production use or customer contracting.
Section 01
Acceptance and scope
By accessing the Naneware website, requesting demonstrations, or using any service made available by Nane Labs, including the UCFMS financial core and Uveroiko commerce environments, you agree to these Terms of Service and any service-specific ordering documents, statements of work, or implementation schedules that apply to your engagement.
If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Section 02
Permitted use
You may use the website and Naneware services only for lawful business purposes and in line with the documentation, technical controls, and operational constraints provided by Nane Labs.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, scanning, scraping, or interference with the service.
- Do not upload or transmit malicious code, unlawful content, or material that infringes third-party rights.
- Do not use the service in a way that could disable, overburden, or degrade shared infrastructure.
Section 03
Accounts and customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials, managing access permissions, and ensuring that data submitted into the service is accurate, lawfully obtained, and appropriate for the intended workflow.
You remain responsible for your users, your endpoint security, and any integrations or downstream systems you connect to Naneware.
Section 04
Commercial terms
Paid services, implementation work, and support obligations are governed by the applicable order form, statement of work, or software services agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are non-refundable and payable according to the invoicing terms on the order document.
Section 05
Intellectual property
Naneware, its software, documentation, marks, and supporting materials remain the property of Nane Labs or its licensors. Except for the limited rights expressly granted under an agreement, no rights are transferred to you.
You retain ownership of your data, configurations, and content, subject to the rights needed by Nane Labs to host, process, secure, and support the services.
Section 06
Warranty disclaimer and liability limits
Except as expressly stated in a signed agreement, the website and related materials are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Nane Labs disclaims implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nane Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of the website or services.
Section 07
Suspension, termination, and changes
Nane Labs may suspend or restrict access where necessary to protect the platform, investigate misuse, respond to legal obligations, or prevent harm to customers or infrastructure.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
